NCYC’S top Talent is a talent contest during 2019 NCYC. Contestants must be high school students in November 2019, planning to attend or be registered for 2019 NCYC in Indianapolis. Those under the age of 18 must submit the completed parental/ guardian consent form in order to compete. From now until October 31, 2019, we will accept and review audition videos (cellphone video is fine!) and demo recordings either on CD, DVD, flash drive, or online posting. Contestants will be chosen to audition in person at NCYC on Friday, November 22, 2019. The top ten finalists will then perform on Saturday, November 23, 2019, in front of a live audience of peers and a panel of expert judges, who will select a winner.

To enter, submit your completed registration, questionnaire and permission forms; web link to your demo, or CD, DVD, or flash drive, and short biography written by the contestant; before October 31st, 2019. You may submit the documents via email or mail. The performance must be suitable for a Catholic youth audience. Content must not be in any way offensive or contain inappropriate language or messages contrary to Catholic teaching or values. You may submit more than one video, performance or song with your application, but only one application per person. The initial decision is final, so no 2nd application or further discussion will be entertained. Demos will not be returned.
